Breaking Chains

by Nov 28, 2017Missions

Last night in my dream/vision time I saw a white bright light that was shaped like a star that then slowly formed into an angel. This angel brought me through many doors. As we entered one door it turned into a cave. In this cave was worldly devastation. I then realized why this angel had brought me here. It was to pray and to see the captives set free. I did, and yes they were delivered.

This morning I woke up to a message from someone who is very close to my heart. He was telling me about a family in which the mom lived in complete darkness and how the kids are now with their grandma. Even though this situation is happening on the other side of the world, it is also happening in our very own neighborhoods.

I am completely in love with Cambodia and thankful that God has shaped this beautiful nation into my heart. I am learning so much from the people of Cambodia and I am able to put it to work here. You see, really our hearts are all the same, love is love, that is our gift from God.

So when my friend was telling me about this family, I asked God “what can I do?”. God immediately told me to begin to pray to break off worldwide addictions. He explained to me that many think it’s a choice to enter into a certain behavior, but often it’s not. Some don’t even know that they have a choice. They don’t know a way out or that it’s even possible. I am not making excuses for anyone, just looking at it from a different place, a place of love and peace. A place where love takes over fleshly judgment, where prosperity diminishes poverty and where freedom breaks off all yokes that have fallen upon us.

“ For freedom Christ has set us free, stand firm therefore. And do not submit again to the yoke of slavery” Galatians 5:1.

God loves all His children. We are His children. We need to simply be His children and call the lost back to His heart. To be the ones who love and force out hate. We need to be an example of living in freedom through Christ and pray to break off addictions that are trying to overcome our brothers and sisters. We need to be that voice to an ear that has never even heard of love. We need to speak victory over these lives. I believe if we all pull together and form a “Spirit Chain” from nation to nation, not only will that mom be saved, but everyone covered by these prayers will also be saved.

Next month I head back to Cambodia, and I plan on bringing abundant love, freedom and peace with me. Please join me in prayer for this. You are very loved.
