Extreme Love Ministries

Extreme Love Ministries (ELM) is a US registered non-profit, with main office in Maricopa, Arizona.  ELM has a US and international team of managers, employees, and volunteers, who oversee programs, implement vision, and direct activities.

All overseas activities are registered with local government and involve a variety of partnerships with organizations, networks, and individuals. We believe in the process of mentoring, accountability, and collaboration, and, therefore, work alongside locals to sustain international systems, structures, and models of success, always keeping Kingdom values, while also preserving each nation’s God-given culture.

We believe in the power of one, while also acknowledging the impact of a corporate voice. We are all called to be a voice for the voiceless!

History

Extreme Love Ministries (ELM) was established as a non-profit organization in 2018. Previously named XP Missions, under the leadership of Patricia King Ministries, XP Missions functioned as a department to serve global missions’ needs.

XP Missions began in 2007, with an exploratory trip to Thailand and Cambodia. This trip sparked the vision and several partner projects that would follow. In 2008, the ministry established a base in Pattaya, Thailand to assist in anti-trafficking efforts. While there, XP Missions started the first of its kind shelter for trafficked and sexually exploited children and pioneered process to repatriate Cambodian kids. In an effort to help more Cambodian children, XP Missions established a base in Poipet, Cambodia. In 2012, a team moved on- ground to further assist in developing those efforts, and soon after expanded the work into the capital city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The work in Phnom Penh has since evolved to serve men, women, and children, working in areas of anti-trafficking, prevention, rescue, and aftercare. In 2016, the ministry was drawn to cross-border issues within Asia and began exploratory work and outreaches in Vietnam and Iraq, further addressing issues of human trafficking and related social injustice.

ELM continues to grow, with new vision and reach, and has recently pioneered church planting and other Kingdom discipleship efforts in areas of need.

Methods of Transformation

We believe that Love has no borders and in the call and commission to disciple nations (Matthew 28:19). If we truly want to impact regions of captivity, we must address the issues at both micro and macro levels. What happens around the world, will eventually affect what happens in your backyard.

ELM seeks to provide solutions through holistic response and development projects, which address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, within individuals and nations. Through research, experience, and connectivity, ELM has established proven methods of transformation, proactively setting goals and annually evaluating needs and effectiveness. ELM desires to serve in gap areas, pioneering solutions for new and perpetuated areas of social injustice.

Doctrinal Statement

We believe in One God, maker of heaven and earth, manifested in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that God loves and embraces all people from every tongue, every tribe, and nation.

We believe that Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, was crucified, died, and buried, raised on the third day, and lives eternally as Savior on behalf of all who come to Him. The fullness of the Godhead dwells within Jesus Christ. He is fully God and fully man. Jesus Christ has been given all authority in the heavens and in the earth. He is King of kings and Lord of lords. He is God over all gods. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man comes to the Father except through Him. The name of Jesus Christ is the only name by which man can be saved. We believe in the person of the Holy Spirit, who empowers and fills all believers, in Jesus Christ, who desire His presence.

We believe in all the Gifts of the Holy Spirit (tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy, word of knowledge, word of wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, healings, and miracles). These gifts are available to all believers. The gifts are to be operated through believers for the building up of the church and to encourage those who do not believe in the truth and reality of God.

We believe the Scriptures to be the holy inspired Word of God.

We believe that the wonderful news of God’s love needs to be shared with all people.

We believe God loves you with an everlasting love and has come to give all a future and a hope!

We believe we are called to make disciples of all nations and believe in the power of love to bring healing, hope, transformation, and salvation to all mankind.

We believe that God has called His sons (male and female) to restore justice to the earth, and that each person has a part to play in the restoration of all things.
